So far, 2015 is off to a running start with both volume and average sale prices trending upwards when compared to the same time period in 2014. Below you will find a quick peek at various parts of the St.Catharines market.

A few important things to consider: We capped the sales prices at 1 million so as not to skew sample sizes. As well, stats are stats. Looking at 1 time period versus another is not exactly a long-running trend but it will at least (and hopefully) shed some light on the current state of affairs. Enjoy!

So, there you have it. We’ll see how these trends continue but so far, so active.

Breaking down the numbers into the neighbourhood totals doesn’t help at this point as there hasn’t been enough volume to indicate any significant shifts. As always we’ll keep an eye on the market and keep you posted.
