We frequently deal with professionals in flooring installation, appliance sales and repair, furnace, central air, insulation, electrical, landscaping, even carpet stretching! When we meet with new clients, there is often an element of stress. Sometimes even a ‘deer in headlights’ scenario where they don’t quite know how to get started. Or they know what they have to do but aren’t able to handle it.

As we have mentioned in numerous blogs, the pre-listing time period for a home is nearly as important as once the home is actively on the market. What to draw attention to in the marketing and what to improve on. And again, if the homeowner is unable to tackle any of these tasks, we got a guy! And while seemingly ‘insignificant’, these little detail chores can bring in a surprising financial return.
