Flipping the switch from selling your family home to selling a property (or a commodity) is possibly the most difficult switch to flip for a seller. But useful if you can manage to do it...

Waiting. Soooooo much waiting. If you're flying somewhere, you likely plan ahead for the waiting part of the trip. Do the same with your home selling or buying. Some thoughts here....

Supply & demand will factor into the (perceived) value of a home. Are you selling a unicorn or vanilla pudding (no offence!). Is your home replaceable or one-of-a-kind?
